MAR BLAU VILLAS

The Villas Mar Blau, located in front of the dune beach of Son Bou on the southern coast of Menorca and separated from the shoreline by the wetland protected by the "Es Prat" biosphere reserve, offer a magnificent sea view from all the villas' terraces. At Mar Blau, we have a restaurant, a pool, common areas, a large terrace, and all the amenities to ensure you enjoy a spectacular family vacation, your way.

THE COMPLEX:
Our group of villas in Menorca consists of 43 units built on a single floor, distributed in blocks of 4 or 5 units. All the villas have sea views and a private terrace on the ground floor, surrounding the large pool or the interior gardens, providing unmatched tranquility and privacy. From the pool bar and the large terrace that surrounds the pool, you can enjoy magnificent sunsets over Son Bou beach at dusk. The complex has pools for children and adults, and a play area surrounded by grass for the little ones.

OUR APARTMENTS:
Our Villas, approximately 50 m², consist of one double bedroom, a large living room with a sofa bed, an integrated kitchen, a full bathroom, and a ground-floor terrace. All of them are equipped with a TV and satellite TV, Wi-Fi, direct telephone, air conditioning, and a safe. With the possibility of adding an extra bed, they are perfectly equipped with everything needed for 4 people. Additionally, the complex provides a washer and dryer for the exclusive use of our guests.

OUR VILLAS:
Our 2 and 3-bedroom villas are separated from our 1-bedroom apartments, offering a quiet and private area. These 6 villas share a magnificent pool, which can only be enjoyed by the guests of these villas. All of them have sea views.
