LLUCMAÇANES GRAN

Plácido and Dorita arrived on the island 37 years ago, in 1982. Due to circumstances of fate, they settled on the Llucmaçanes Gran property, and what they didn’t imagine is that over the years, this large and abandoned house would become "their dream come true." After many years of hard work dedicated to farming and animals, they restored a small part of the house with effort and determination, opening it in 1998. In 2003, they restored the rest of the house and finally, in 2018, they inaugurated the restoration of an old stable near the main house.

All this activity continues to be combined with the care of animals and the land by Juan, their son, in addition to the cultivation of fruit trees and vegetables that Plácido carefully tends in the various gardens surrounding the house. All the vegetables from the organic garden as well as the fruit from the fruit trees are available FREE OF CHARGE to the guests.

ACCOMMODATION: The Agrotourism currently offers different accommodation options: CASA SUR: Cozy, very bright house with exposed beams, 3 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite with a bathtub. Spacious fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, private terrace shaded by a beautiful vine, and a traditional Menorcan oven.

ROOMS: Beautiful rooms in a country house with the advantage of having access to a kitchen, living room, and dining room 24 hours a day. There are double, triple, and quadruple rooms.

APARTMENTS AND STUDIOS: Studio-type apartments, with 1 and 2 bedrooms, located in the old stables of the estate. Made with high-quality finishes and exposed beams, they feature a bathroom, dining area, kitchen, fireplace, spacious terrace, and private barbecue. Views of the countryside and the main house.
