Santa Ponsa has 22 rooms and suites spread across the main house, the former farmhouses, and the independent buildings within the gardens. The decor reflects the house's history and the family’s love for travel. There are references to ancient colonies, wicker lounges, and the expansion of gardens into winter gardens. GASTRONOMY:
At the heart of Santa Ponsa, our restaurant Nura offers Spanish cuisine that is adapted and focused on the products from our garden. Healthy and seasonal, it combines naturalness, verticality, local, and Slow Food.
